Daniel Schellenberg
Coach / Vizepräsident FMAA
Daniel Schellenberg studierte von Oktober 2016 bis Juli 2022 Rechtswissenschaft an der Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt am Main. Im Oktober 2022 legte er erfolgreich seine erste juristische Prüfung mit dem Schwerpunktbereich „Law and Finance“ ab. Daniel war Teil des Frankfurter Teams für den 26. Vis Moot 2018/2019 und konnte weitere Erfahrungen im internationalen Zivilprozess- und Schiedsverfahrensrecht in einem anschließenden Studienpraktikum bei dem Bundesjustizministerium in Berlin sammeln. In dieser Zeit engagierte er sich als Arbitrator zunächst bei dem Berlin Pre-Moot 2020 und nach seinem Studienabschluss bei den Finals des 30. Vis Moots in Wien. Von Juni 2018 bis September 2022 war er Studentische Hilfskraft am Lehrstuhl für Bürgerliches Recht, Handels- und Wirtschaftsrecht und Rechtstheorie von Prof. Dr. Tobias Tröger, LL.M. (Harvard). Das diesjährige Frankfurter Team unterstützt Daniel als Coach und Vizepräsident der FMAA.
Daniel Schellenberg studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main from October 2016 to July 2022. In October 2022, he successfully passed his first state examination with a focus (Schwerpunktbereich) on "Law and Finance". Daniel was part of the Frankfurt team for the 26th Vis Moot 2018/2019 and gained further experience in international civil procedural law and arbitration in a following study internship at the Federal Ministry of Justice in Berlin. During this time, he was involved as an arbitrator in the Berlin Pre-Moot 2020 and arbitrated in the finals of the 30th Vis Moot in Vienna after his graduation. From June 2018 to September 2022, he was a student research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Business Law, Jurisprudence of Prof. Dr. Tobias Tröger, LL.M. (Harvard). Daniel supports this year's Frankfurt team as a coach and vice president of the FMAA.
